Holding an Honours degree in Telecommunication and Electrical Engineering (BSc.ENG) from the University of Moratuwa, Thushara brings a unique blend of technical expertise and educational passion to the world of Montessori education. His dedication to nurturing young minds and his background in engineering make him an inspiring leader in our educational community. 

 At Tender Nestling Montessori International, our journey is guided by a true visionary in the realm of education.  Shey, our esteemed Principal, brings an abundance of experience and passion to our school community. With a profound commitment to the Montessori philosophy and a genuine love for every child, Shey leads her team with unwavering dedication. Shey is a Certified AMI qualified Montessori Educator, affiliated with Cambridge International U.K (CCHE). With a unique journey that includes 7 years of experience as a flight stewardess at SriLankan Airlines and a role as the Primary Sectionhead at Sheffield International School. Shey brings a wealth of diverse experiences, including teaching the Cambridge Curriculum, to our educational community. Her commitment to Montessori education and her leadership skills are instrumental in fostering excellence at our school.

Kavisha earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Computing and Information Systems (Hons) from the University of Central Lancashire, U.K. With a solid foundation in telecommunication and a wealth of experience in customer service and management, Kavisha plays a pivotal role in shaping the educational excellence at our institution
